This dark chocolate is made from a blend of cocoa beans typical of Peru and the Dominican Republic. Oriado 60% is a slightly sweet chocolate with a mild and balanced aromatic profile, punctuated by notes of ripe fruit. Produced using organic farming and Fairtrade/Max Havelaar certified fair trade, Oriado is a perfect illustration of Valrhona's ambition to create exceptional chocolate. It offers round and powerful notes that evolve towards aromas of ripe and acidic fruit. It is the mildest of Valrhona's dark chocolates.

• Andoa 39% Milk Chocolate Square

This milk chocolate is a milk chocolate with pure cocoa beans from Peru. Its milky sweetness, its notes of farm milk and its hint of acidity give an authentic character to this chocolate. This milk chocolate comes from Organic Agriculture and Fairtrade/Max Havelaar certified fair trade.
