Valrhona Ivoire 35% white baking chocolate stands out from the traditional world of white chocolates. Not very sweet, this pearly chocolate evokes aromas of cooked milk. Having become iconic, "Ivoire" is now the generic term used by gastronomy professionals to designate white chocolate.

A lightly sweetened white chocolate

Valrhona has developed Ivoire 35% to offer gastronomy professionals a low-sugar white chocolate. It allows you to create lighter gourmet recipes for a more reasonable indulgence. Perfect for making ice creams, frozen logs or sorbets, this white baking chocolate is also available in creamy, ganache and mousse forms. Amateur and professional chocolatiers also use it as couverture chocolate to coat homemade chocolate candies and make beautiful molds.
