How to use

Split the pod lengthwise using a sharp knife. Scrape the inside of the pod to collect the vanilla seeds. Add the seeds and the pod to the liquid to infuse. Let it steep for at least 30 minutes or until boiling. After infusing, rinse the pod thoroughly, dry it, and blend it with your sugar to make delicious vanilla sugar!
