- 0.88 oz / 25 g Sunflower seeds
- 0.88 oz / 25 g Flax seeds
- 0.88 oz / 25 g Chopped almonds
- 0.52 oz / 15 g Chopped pecans
- 0.52 oz / 15 g Chopped pistachios
- 0.88 oz / 25 g Honey
- 0.88 oz / 25 g Brown sugar
- 0.52 oz / 15 g Dried cranberries
- 0.88 oz / 25 g Dried apricots
- 7.054 oz / 200 g DULCEY 32%

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C).
- Combine oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pecans, pistachios, honey, and brown sugar.
- Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Cool slightly, then add dried apricots and cranberries.
- Melt DULCEY 32% and fold into mixture.
- Press into molds, chill 20 minutes.
- Slice cereal bars into portions.
