Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips

- Whisk the dry ingredients together: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, Milk Chocolate Chips.
- Whisk the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter into the dry ingredients until just combined.
2. Chocolate chip pancake assembly
Ingredients:
- Butter for the pan
Cook time: 5 min per pancake
Steps:
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Melt about a teaspoon of butter in the pan and pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the hot skillet and spread into a circle.
- Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges starting to firm up.
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the pancakes are fluffy.
