1. Hot white chocolate with matcha
Ingredients:
- 300g Heavy cream
- 100g Milk
- 340g Coconut milk
- 175g Condensed milk
- 18g Matcha powder
- 325g Ivoire 35% white chocolate
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 10 min
Steps
- Place heavy cream, milk, coconut milk, and condensed milk in a pot and bring to a simmer, stirring often.
- Add matcha powder and whisk well until combined.
- Pour on top of chopped white chocolate Ivoire 35% white chocolate and whisk until combined.
2. Hot chocolate assembly
Ingredients:
- As needed Marshmallows
- As needed Whipped cream
- As needed Cinnamon sticks
Prep time: 5 min
Steps
- Decorate with marshmallows, whipped cream and cinnamon sticks.
- Serve the hot chocolate warm!
