What gives these cereal bars an exotic twist?

The mix of dried mango, coconut, and puffed rice with white chocolate.

Can I use fresh mango instead of dried?

No, fresh fruit adds too much moisture and prevents setting.

What does Ivoire chocolate taste like?

It’s creamy and smooth with balanced sweetness.

Can I skip puffed rice in the recipe?

Yes, though it adds a light, crispy texture.

What’s the best way to cut cereal bars cleanly?

Use a sharp knife and cut while chilled for neat edges.
