1. Blond Indulgent Cereal Bars with Dulcey Blond Chocolate

Ingredients :

  • 100g Oats
  • 25g Sunflower seeds
  • 25g Flax seeds
  • 25g Chopped almonds
  • 15g Chopped pecans
  • 15g Chopped pistachios
  • 25g Honey
  • 25g Brown sugar
  • 15g Dried cranberries
  • 25g Dried apricots
  • 200g DULCEY 32%

Prep time: 15 min.

Cook time: 10 min.

Rest time: At least 20 min.

Steps: 

  • Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C).
  • Combine oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pecans, pistachios, honey, and brown sugar.
  • Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Cool slightly, then add dried apricots and cranberries.
  • Melt DULCEY 32% and fold into mixture.
  • Press into molds, chill 20 minutes.
  • Slice cereal bars into portions.
