Chai spice mix

  • 1g Nutmeg
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1g Ground ginger
  • 1g Ground cinnamon
  • 5 Green cardamom seeds

Steps: 

  • Heat the plant-based drink with the flavoring of your choice.
  • Infuse for 5 minutes, then strain onto the partially melted AMATIKA 46% couverture chocolate.
  • Stir until the chocolate feves are completely melted.
  • Blend and serve immediately in a glass or mug.
