1. Fruity Cereal Bars with Strawberry Inspiration Chocolate
Ingredients :
- 100g Oats
- 25g Sunflower seeds
- 25g Flax seeds
- 25g Chopped almonds
- 85g Chopped pistachios
- 25g Honey
- 25g Brown sugar
- 35g Goji berries
- 15g Poppy seeds
- 245g STRAWBERRY INSPIRATION
Prep time: 15 min.
Cook time: 10 min.
Rest time: At least 20 min.
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pistachios, honey, and brown sugar. Mix well until coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through to ensure even toasting.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Stir in the goji berries and poppy seeds.
- Melt the STRAWBERRY INSPIRATION chocolate and mix it thoroughly into the cereal mixture.
- Transfer into silicone molds and press down firmly for even bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until set, then remove and cut the cereal bars to your preferred size.
