Ingredients :
- 100g Oats
- 25g Sunflower seeds
- 25g Flax seeds
- 25g Chopped almonds
- 15g Chopped pecans
- 15g Chopped pistachios
- 25g Honey
- 25g Brown sugar
- 15g Dried cranberries
- 25g Dried apricots
- 160g CARAÏBE 66%
Prep time: 15 min.
Cook time: 10 min.
Rest time: At least 20 min.
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C).
- Mix oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pecans, pistachios, honey, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Spread onto baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool, then add dried apricots and cranberries.
- Melt CARAÏBE 66% dark chocolate and fold it into the mixture.
- Press firmly into silicone molds and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Cut cereal bars into pieces and serve.
