Ingredients :

  • 100g Oats
  • 25g Sunflower seeds
  • 25g Flax seeds
  • 25g Chopped almonds
  • 15g Chopped pecans
  • 15g Chopped pistachios
  • 25g Honey
  • 25g Brown sugar
  • 15g Dried cranberries
  • 25g Dried apricots
  • 160g CARAÏBE 66%

Prep time: 15 min.

Cook time: 10 min.

Rest time: At least 20 min.

Steps: 

  • Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C).
  • Mix oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pecans, pistachios, honey, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Spread onto baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Let cool, then add dried apricots and cranberries.
  • Melt CARAÏBE 66% dark chocolate and fold it into the mixture.
  • Press firmly into silicone molds and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Cut cereal bars into pieces and serve.
